Centaur Sporting club is dedicated to opening new opportunities and venues, for competitors both new and old.
A supportive friendly atmosphere, the club was initially formed of experienced competitors, ROs and Instructors, all happy to help and advise you on your journey through Practical shooting.

As a Centaur, you will be joining a community, not just a traditional club.

Here are some questions asked regularly
How much does it cost to join the club and become a Centaur?
We use a subscription model of £10 per month currently.
We feel that this helps spread the cost with no commitment.
Do i need a FAC / SGC licence to join the club?
Not necessarily.
Currently, we operate at venues where range guns are available to members
Centaur is not Home office approved at this time, but are working towards this
(There is a significant time for approvals)

I have a disability, can i still join?
Absolutley you can!
We make every adjustment we can to make sure people have fun no matter their background or abilities.
My children would like to participate, can they join?
Yes.
Those of a younger age may require supervision but all our instructors are DBS cleared and have carried out safeguarding training.
Do i have to live within the UK?
Nope. Centaurs can be worldwide!
Do you do family / under 18 discounts?
Yes we do! Families are welcome.
Under 18s benefit from additional discounts on training and courses.
